Glenn Polk

Glenn started his career in the car business in 1971 while on a two-week vacation from his electrical job. He rapidly excelled in this new endeavor as he quickly understood that customer satisfaction is the key to success. Within the first six months of his new venture, Glenn was offered several promotions, eventually leading him to California where he opened a new dealership for his business partner. Having deep roots in Texas and missing family, Glenn decided to come back to Fort Worth and run dealerships in Fort Worth with having a vision of building his own dealership one day. In 1995 Glenn's dream of owning his store came true when the doors opened to Glenn Polk Ford-Mercury. Within three years he acquired the local Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep & Ram dealership in Gainesville, then moved it next to our Ford store. In 2016, Glenn decided to take a break and enjoy life outside of the car business. However, retirement only lasted three years, and he couldn't stay away from what he loves doing every day. Today, you'll often see Glenn traveling back and forth between all five of our locations, greeting customers, chatting with employees & enjoying the car business just like his first day of sales back in 1971. During his time off, Glenn enjoys traveling with his wife Mary and knocking out those "honey-do's" around the house.

Trent started in the car business in 1993 after graduating from Stephen F. Austin State University. Earning "Salesman of the Month" eleven times during his first year of sales granted him a promotion to finance manager. In 1995, Trent assisted his dad in opening Glenn Polk Ford & Mercury. Today, Trent travels between all four locations and ensures customer & employee satisfaction. Trent and his wife, Stacie, have two kids "Conner & Ashtyn" and a cat named "Lilo."

Jennifer is our CFO & Controller here at Glenn Polk Auto Group, and she lives nearby in Lindsay with her husband "Andy" & three children. She grew up in Valley View and graduated from Texas Women's University in Denton. After attending TWU, Jennifer worked for a local CPA office before joining our GPOLK family in 2003. Jennifer is a board member of the Gainesville Chamber of Commerce and devotes a lot of time to our local community.

Larry joined our team in 2019 as a sales consultant. After quickly realizing that Larry's customers consistently raved about him and his process of a "non-confrontational" buying experience, along with his immense knowledge of vehicles and the ability to adapt to each sales consultant's needs quickly, Larry fit the need for our new position as a "Rotating Sales Manager".
